1. Return Eligibility

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Returns will not be accepted if:
The product has been used, washed, or altered.
The original packaging or tags are missing.
The item was purchased during a sale or marked as non-returnable.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Once approved, you will be asked to ship the item back to our return address.
Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through your original payment method or bank transfer.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer after confirmation.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or model:
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Shipping charges for exchanges may apply unless the fault was from our end.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item:
